Condition - Excellent (Neck is straight, very easy to play for a 12-string)
Pricing has been adjusted as this guitar is a consignment. Owner let me know that the upgrades were about $350 to do full re-fret, new tuning machines, wiring, and he believes pots and a new nut but can't be sure as it was a few years back. This guitar has seen little play as I don't see any fret wear.
